BEST WESTERN INNSUITES PHOENIX HOTEL & SUITES, Phoenix – A Smart Stay in the City

This hotel was the best stop on our trip from Chicago to San Diego and back. The rooms were not well insulated, and I could hear every word from the neighboring rooms on the map. The service was very helpful and accommodating during my departure check, but there was an unpleasant incident with housekeeping ignoring the 'do not disturb' sign. The location seemed inviting and well-maintained, but there were noise issues with unsupervised children. The dining experience was below par in the morning, lacking variety and quality in the options.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice amenities like a microwave and a refrigerator. The hotel had a pleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The service was excellent with staff who were attentive to my needs. The location, although a bit sad without much vegetation, was convenient for the event we were attending. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, a fantastic stay.
